How long does production take?

Each object is produced after the order is placed.
Production and preparation usually take 2–4 business days before shipping.

Are the products handmade?

Our objects are created through 3D printing and carefully finished by hand in our studio.
This combination allows us to achieve both precision and craftsmanship.

What materials do you use?

Most pieces are printed using PLA, a biodegradable material derived from corn starch.
Certain objects are additionally finished with materials such as resin or cement to improve durability and texture.

Are the vases waterproof?

Yes. The interior of our vases is sealed with a special resin coating, making them suitable for water and easy to clean.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are prepared and shipped from Romania.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
